I make mine with bread, a bottle of jelly, and a bottle of peanut butter, then eat it out of the bottles with a fork.

    I put mines in a smoothie blender with wheat bread and drink it.

    I generally like to put my jelly on one plate penut butter on one plate and bread on the last, smash it all together and eat it off the plate with most of the substance on it
